I almost skipped KPop Demon Hunters, thinking it was just another flashy pop flick. But beneath the stunning animation and catchy songs was a theme that hit close to home: idolatry. It reminded me how easily we can elevate people, passions, or even our own gifts above God. When our identity isn’t rooted in Him, anything, or anyone, can quietly take His place. In prayer, God revealed the words “NEXT GENERATION,” a purpose that reshaped my service in Kid’s Church. This is a story of seeds planted, lessons learned, and faith passed on.
